Think about the last game you or a
friend played. (This includes causal game on the mobile platform). What do you
think were the resources required for its creation? What are the reasons for it
appeal?
I just recently played Call of
Duty mobile as I type this blog. Call of Duty (COD) is the most popular and the
biggest game franchise in the world. The developers have been building this
game for many yeas now. It is a fast-paced first-person shooter game. COD developers
have been only making these games for the PC and the home consoles only. Now with
the rise of mobile gaming, COD has now come into everyone hands. The resources I
believe required for its creation were the developers themselves. The main
company Activision owns the right to this franchise has a lot of revenue from this
Intellectual Property (IP). Money is not an issue, but they are making use of
this opportunity to bring COD to mobile. Developers are the main resources
because they must keep this game up to date. Without them this game will fail. COD
is intense and fast pace. You join up to 4 other friends and play together to
defeat the enemy team. Its fun when u play with friends. And another I love
about this game is that is very rewarding. COD is finally back to my hands.
